The IASSW representatives continue to be active participants on a number of UN Committees in New York City, all of which have multi-faceted working sub-committees. Currently, they include the Committee on Migration (Resnick, Chair), the Committee on Ageing (Resnick, Multi-generational relationships subcommittee, Co-Chair); Human Rights (Resnick, Immigrants and Refugees subcommittee Chair); Human Rights (Resnick); Education Committees (Resnick); the Commission on the Status of Women (Wetzel); UNICEF (Curtain), Environment (Pangalangan); the Committee on Social Development (Healy, to be joined by Pangalangan in September 2007), and the NGO Committee on Mental Health (Wetzel, Chair).
