{"id":11085,"date":"2023-03-14T07:45:48","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T02:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iassw-aiets.org\/shadow_old\/?p=11085"},"modified":"2023-03-24T09:52:11","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T04:22:11","slug":"eassw-awards-nomination-launch-of-social-work-education-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iassw-aiets.org\/shadow_old\/featured\/11085-eassw-awards-nomination-launch-of-social-work-education-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"EASSW Awards Nomination &#8211; Launch of Social Work Education Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>EASSW Awards Nomination<\/h1>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-4-5\">\n<div class=\"textbody\">\n<h2>Launch of Social Work Education Awards<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">In the development of its activity and pursuing its\u00a0<strong>mission of promoting Social Work education in Europe<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>EASSW is launching an award for<\/strong>\u00a0educators, students, researchers, professionals, volunteers and service users which significantly contribute to an improvement of quality in Social Work Education (SWE).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The EASSW is honouring these awards to\u00a0<strong>promote social development and develop high quality education<\/strong>, training and knowledge for social work practice, social services, and social welfare policies in Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The awards consider\u00a0<b>three different categories and awards<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p><b>1. Alice Salomon Award<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Award on innovative pedagogical and practice experiences in Social Work Education<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Research Award<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Award on research in Social Work education<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Student Award<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Award for social work student project or thesis<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>call for submissions<\/strong>\u00a0will be open for each category and submissions can be made\u00a0<u>until Monday the 24th of April 2023.\u00a0<\/u>The submission of the awards shall be submitted by the nominees themselves or by a third party. Submissions can be done using the application forms on the EASSW website or by clicking here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eassw.org\/regional-event-forms-3\/\">Alice Salomon Application Form<\/a>\u00a0;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eassw.org\/regional-event-forms-2\/\">Research Awards Application Form<\/a>\u00a0;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eassw.org\/regional-event-forms-4\/\">Student Award Application Form<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preselection of award nominees:<\/strong>\u00a0For each award category a maximum of three award nominees will be selected by an award judging panel including one EASSW officer, 2 EASSW Executive Committee Members and one or two EASSW members.
