Rashmi Pandey is a highly experienced Executive Officer with an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the non-profit sector, managing both national and international NGOs. Her journey in the developmental sector commenced with dedicated work for street children in Mumbai, showcasing her early commitment to social causes. Subsequently, she served as a Monitoring Officer at Magic Bus, an NGO focused on utilizing sports for the development of underprivileged children. Her versatility is evident in her role as a Coordinator in a CBSE board school, where she worked with privileged children.

Later, Rashmi transitioned to projects in the field of Tobacco Control with Healis-Sekhsaria Institute of Public Health, contributing her skills to various impactful initiatives. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated proficiency in project management, leadership, event coordination, report writing, editing, and the strategic management of digital content across diverse platforms, including websites and social media.

Rashmi holds a Master’s in Extension Education from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, India, providing her with a robust theoretical foundation complementing her extensive practical experience. Her professional journey has been closely aligned with the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) and various national organizations in India, allowing her to play a significant role in advancing social work and social welfare on a global scale.
