IASSW President in Peking University China

IASSW President Annamaria Campanini was invited to participate in 1st and 2nd November 2018, to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of social work in China and at the Peking University . During these 30 years China has realised a phenomenal progress, establishing a large number of social work Bachelor and master programs, training trainers and social workers that are playing a highly significant role in providing community services and in enhancing social betterment in China.
Angelina Yuen and Lena Dominelli, two IASSW past Presidents, have contributed with their speeches to the success of the conference.
We wish China social work education a further development and a stronger participation and contribution to the International Association of Schools of Social Work
