IASSW-UN NY APRIL 2019 Newsletter

We are pleased to send you the final edition of the IASSW United Nations Representatives Newsletter for the academic year. This issue highlights the events of Social Work Day at the UN Headquarters and the March session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, at which IASSW co-sponsored a workshop. It also includes articles by Dr. Rebecca Davis who represents us on the NGO Committee on Mental Health and the Committee on the Family, and Dr. Martha Bragin, our representative on the Rights of the Child and on the group on Humanitarian Action in Child Protection. The newsletter is produced by our two MSW interns, Zozan Antar and Kristen Kimmel.
