The Social Work Journal Alternativas. Cuadernos de Trabajo Social would like to inform you that the Call for Papers for next volume (2021) is open.

Alternativas. Cuadernos de Trabajo Social is a refereed journal, using the peer-review system for external revision by experts in the field and methodology of the research, and the papers are published in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

Its main objective is to contribute to the dissemination of original research, theoretical works, practical experiences and technical notes, which are carried out in Spain and in the international sphere, related to Social Work, Social Policy and Social Services, as well as other disciplines and professions in the field of Social Sciences that, from a multi and interdisciplinary point of view, enrich and complement the Social Work discipline and professional practice.

Each issue of the journal is published in both a printed version and an electronic version: http://alternativasts.ua.es/. In “Next articles” section of this electronic edition you can access the manuscript evaluated and accepted for publication in format ‘postprint’.

Since 2019, Alternativas. Cuadernos de Trabajo Social is indexed in Scopus, the bibliographic and citations database that publishes two metrics of the impact factor of the research: SJR (Scimago Journal Rank) and SNIP (Source-normalized impact Paper).
