GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Guidelines, timing and particular Oral Presentation
Oral presentations must be submitted in Video recording or/with PowerPoint presentations. The speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc…). All presentations and questions must be delivered in English, as English is the official language of the congress (with the exception of Oral in Italian Language presentation).
Presentation Format
In preparing your oral presentation please remember to: your video presentation to be accompanied by no more than 8 slides to include clear objectives, using clear and comprehensible language. The presentation with relevant graphs, photos, tables in AVI, MOV, MP4, format.
Depositing the Video File Video Presentations, with clear ID on the file with, ID (5 digits) Authors Last name, should be submitted to the below dropbox file request links by the cut-off date.

You are recommended to use Zoom to record your presentation and save the video to Zoom Cloud for easy sharing. Please read the below guides for the recording via Zoom:
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
ORAL COMMUNICATION The video should be concise and generally about 10 to 12 minutes in length.
ORAL COMMUNICATION IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE All presentations must be delivered in Italian
Authors are kindly requested to be present for the Q&A session around the Axis.
ORAL IN WORKSHOP
Oral presentation with audience interaction. You are responsible to organise the workshop and the activation of the participants.
IMPORTANT: All Authors/co-Authors involved in the Workshop Presentation and attending the Conference should register early to be slated for the discussion.
Time reserved for scientific presentations around a specific topic: Up to 3 presenters to do a pre-recorded video presentation of 15 minutes each and there will be a live 1 hour summary and discussion.
Authors are kindly requested to respect the indicate timings.
ORAL IN SYMPOSIUM
Oral presentation with all the paper author’s interaction. You are responsible to organise the time of the different presenters in a way that allow to create a discussion. In case you and your colleagues would like to present ppt, we recommend the presentations to be accompanied by no more than 8 slides.
IMPORTANT: All Authors/co-Authors involved in the Symposium Presentation and attending the Conference should register early to be slated for the symposium.
Time reserved for the presentations: Up to 5 presenters to do a pre-recorded video presentation of 10 minutes each and there will be live 1 hour summary and discussion.
Authors are kindly requested to respect the indicate timings.
ORAL IN REGIONAL DIALOGUE
Oral presentation with audience interaction aimed to highlight the specificities of cultural/ geographical differences in the chosen Axis.
Up to 4 presentation contents, each with the name of the author, related to the same regional area or two different geographical areas. You are responsible to organise the time of the different presenters in a way that allow to create a discussion
IMPORTANT: All Authors/co-Authors involved in the Regional Dialogue Presentation and attending the Conference should register early to be slated for the session.
Time reserved for the presentations: Up to 4 presenters to do a pre-recorded video presentation of 5-8 minutes each and there will be live 1 hour summary and discussion.
Authors are kindly requested to respect the indicate timings.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
In preparing your poster presentation, please use the following guidelines:
In portrait orientation using PPT or PDF Format – no more than 4 pages highlighting key contents with attractive pictures and designs.
Each poster board will be given a specific number. Authors are kindly asked to submit your poster by the due date to ensure it to be uploaded in time. Your poster number is your abstract ID registered for the Rimini Conference 2020.
Authors can be present at specified time of the Online Conference for Q&A.
